Fire is a major threat to human and his properties from ages. In the era of technology advancement man has developed intelligent systems to control fire hazards. The system should be highly sensitive and precise to provide accurate & early detection of fire and subsequent extinguishing action. Such a reliable system could be achieved through incorporating the latest technologies.
Bion, aligning with Honeywell for their Esser range of products could extend the latest technology solutions in the fire industry to its customer. The solutions & services from the Esser products have been acknowledged widely in the European & Asia market.
Our comprehensive addressable fire alarm systems range includes Smoke & Heat detectors, Control panels, sounders and Manual Call Points.
Types of Detectors
- Rate Of Rise Heat Detector (Make-Esser, Honeywell) :-
This detector is used in areas where a minor change of the ambient temperature is expected and an increase over the alarm threshold temperature will cause an alarm condition.
- T-Heat detector :-
This detector is used in areas where a major change of the ambient temperature is expected and an increase over the alarm threshold temperature will cause an alarm condition.
- OT blue- Combined photoelectric and heat detector using a blue LED.(Make-Esser, Honeywell) :-
OT blue is an intelligent multisensor detector with built in smoke and heat sensor.
- O-Photoelectric (Optical) Smoke Detector
- O2T-Photoelectric detector with two red LED light sources and an integrated light sensor. Make-Esser, Honeywell :-
The O2T multisensor detector uses two measuring angles in order to sense forward and backward scattered light. The measured signals pass through a pre filter and are then analysed by the microprocessor in comparison with stored data. This intelligent smoke detector minimises the number of false alarms.
- OTG- Combined photoelectric and heat detector with built in gas sensor. Make-Esser, Honeywell :-
OTG is a multisensor detector with integrated optical smoke detector, heat detector and a built-in sensor for the detection of odourless carbon monoxide gas (CO) for the preventive detection of fires.
- IQ8 Quad with Integrated Alarm Devices Make-Esser, Honeywell :-
IQ8 Quad is O2T multisensor detector. It has integrated signalling device with flasher tone and speech.
Types of Panels
- IQ8 FACP Control Panel C :-
The IQ8 FACP Control Panel C has two loops which can take a maximum of 127 devices per loop.
- IQ8 FACP Control Panel M :-
A stand alone panel with 7 loops (maximum) or a networked panel for buildings with a total number of 889 fire detectors.
- Fire Alarm Panel 8008 :-
A panel with a maximum of 40 loops which can take a maximum of 127 devices per loop.
